All orders are processed within 1-10 business days to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of your items before shipping. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Hot Tools orders have a 1-3 business day processing time.

We use trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS to deliver your order. Packages to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS only. All shipments within the U.S. require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety and security of your purchase.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. for standard and economy shipping options. Expedited and express shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are exploring options for future expansion.
Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking information provided. For damaged goods, please retain all packaging and contact the carrier as soon as possible.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. If there is an error in the address and the package is returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If the address is incorrect, we may not be able to resend the package.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays. Please account for this when planning your delivery.
